• Take sign down after closing
• Put up "Under Contract"
• Put up a "Sold" sign
• Add/adjust riders, hangers, flyer boxes, ect

Guy offers light handyman services at agent/client cost. 

• Changing Hardware
• Light electrical work
• Lightbulb changes
• Tightening railings
• Wall repaire/patches 

Guy will install lockboxes and pick them up from the properties after close. 

*If you have already filled out the "New listing" form, this service is include there. No need for duplicate request.
